Offset and his oldest daughter’s mother have not yet come to an agreement in court and the battle is raging on.

According to a report from Bossip on Monday (July 27), Nicole “Shya L’Amour” Algarin filed documents requesting to know her ex’s income, which includes demanding everything from copies of his tax returns to detailing every asset he owns worth more than $1,000, listing every person he lives with and more.

Algarin initially filed against the Migos rapper for more child support in October 2019. She reportedly had issues serving her child’s father for some time, and had to finally notify him through a newspaper ad. In an April interview, Algarin’s lawyer Fani T. Willis spoke on the “limited financial support” Algarin says Offset gives her for Kalea and explained why her client needs help.

“She’s like all of us, she’s struggling,” Willis told Bossip. “She’s an hourly wage worker, she’s got two beautiful little girls… she’s not doing well in terms of the resources people need.”

On July 2, Offset countersued and filed for joint custody of 5-year-old Kalea, while also requesting to have Kalea’s last name be changed to his. Outside of Kalea, the “Clout” rapper is also father to 8-year-old Jordan, 3-year-old Codi and 2-year-old Kulture, his daughter with wife Cardi B.

Offset has not responded to the latest filing from Algarin.
