Washington, D.C. – G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T can add restaurant owner to his growing list of titles. The Virginia-bred rapper will be opening up a ramen and cocktail bar in the nation’s capital, according to Eater DC.
The establishment is named Kitsuen, which translates to smoke or smoking in Japanese. The Washington, D.C. restaurant — located in the flourishing H Street Corridor — is scheduled to open on New Year’s Eve (December 31).

King Push is opening the location with multiple business partners: nightclub owners Wayne Johnson and Tony Perry, NBA players Jerian and Jerami Grant, and Las Vegas-based entrepreneur Kyle Eubanks.
“We want to open up a cool, trendy bar that can be a fixture in the neighborhood for years to come,” Johnson told Complex. Chef Munehiro Mori of Tokyo will be in charge of the cuisine, and the bar will feature a heated outdoor patio.
Beyond business, Push recently announced he and his wife Virginia Williams are expecting their first child. Baby Thornton is due in the Gemini season (May 21 to June 21).
