The Game (real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor) was reportedly denied entry into Canada by the Canadian Government on Wednesday (January 9). A Canadian entertainment website provided a screenshot of the rejected application to its Instagram account.
According to the paperwork, Kushner Immigration Consultants, Inc. denied Game’s application for a Temporary Resident Permit. Consequently, all of the Game’s scheduled dates on his Canadian tour have been called off. The run was expected to kick off on Tuesday (January 15) in Calgary.

In a statement from the International Touring Agency, The Game was relieved of any responsibility in relation to the tour’s cancelation.
“Due to circumstances beyond the artist, management, agency and promoter’s control, we regret to announce that “The Game’s Canadian Tour 2019″ is canceled due to the Canadian Government denying the artist’s TRP [Temporary Resident Permit] application to enter legally into our country,” the statement read.
“In regards to any false press you may see surfacing to be clear artist the GAME and management ‘DID NOT CANCEL’ the Canadian tour. He was very excited to come to Canada and looking forward to seeing his Canadian fans after so long.”
All ticket holders are eligible for a full refund.
