New York, NY – The seventh alleged participant of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s federal racketeering case has been indicted, according to legal files obtained by Complex on Friday (November 30). A Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods member, Roland “Ro Murda” Martin, is being accused of several undisclosed violent crimes. He was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service task force last Friday (November 23).

Other defendants in Tekashi’s case are Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, Jensel “Ish” Butler, Faheem “Crippy” Walter, Fuguan “Fu Banga” Lovick, and Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones.

The incarcerated rapper is currently awaiting a September 2019 trial date as he faces a sentence of 32 years to life but does have some good news to share at least for a sliver of the time being.

His recently leaked — and released — album, Dummy Boy debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with promotion that was pretty much relegated to word of mouth — or sight on Instagram.
