Tyler The Creator has been part of a few Hip Hop conspiracy theories, but he put a famous one to bed on Sunday (September 20).
Fans began circulating a video of Tupac Shakur walking around and stopping to talk with a young kid who eerily resembles the Odd Future leader in terms of his attire. The Grammy Award-winner took to Twitter and quickly put the speculation to rest.

The video dates back to an episode of BET’s Rap City when ‘Pac was with late director John Singleton during a promotional run for the film Poetic Justice. As ‘Pac is moving along the streets, he stops and sees a young fan eyeballing him.
“What’s up then? What you gon’ do then?” Pac says to the fan. As the camera pans towards the kid, it’s a little boy in a striped shirt and hat, seemingly resembling Tyler.

The clip ends with ‘Pac and Singleton returning to what they were doing, presumably getting ready for their foot race.
Recently, Tyler’s Grammy Award-winning IGOR album got paired with another Hip Hop legend: André 3000. DJ Critical Hype crafted a blend tape mixing together instrumentals from Tyler’s album with 3 Stacks’ verses and titled it ANDRE.
The 81-minute tape was not only beloved by fans, but Tyler himself also actually asked about it.
“I released the cover art on my social media and dropped a couple short snippets, and I guess Tyler heard about it somehow,” the DJ told Pigeons & Planes. “In July, he DMed me on Twitter out the blue and said, ‘Dude where the fuck is the andre igor.’ He sent me two unreleased beats from IGOR — ‘WHAT’S GOOD’ and ‘A BOY IS A GUN’ — and has been mad cool.”
