Juelz Santana is dealing with more legal woes during his time behind bars. While serving his prison sentence for weapon possession by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft, the Dipset rapper has been hit with a $33,577 lien after allegedly not paying fees for a New Jersey condominium.

According to documents obtained by Bossip, the Courts of Glenpointe Condominium Association has accused Santana of failing to pay homeowners association fees for two years. The association claims he owes them $18,099 after missing out his $1,041 monthly payments from July 2018 through March 2020.

Santana, who bought the condo in 2005, has been facing the threat of foreclosure on the home while incarcerated after Wells Fargo Bank alleged he hasn’t paid the mortgage since July 2018.
