Polo G paid homage to his late friend Juice Wrld with a huge addition to his ink collection.
On Tuesday (July 14), the “Pop Out” rhymer showed off the new tattoo on Instagram, which also stands as a dedication to his late grandmother. The top portion features the earth covered in lean with a straw in it, with ‘999’ written across – a term used by the late rapper to symbolize “the opposite of ‘666.’”

The pair had numerous collaborations together before Juice’s passing from an accidental overdose in December 2019. They also appear together posthumously, as Polo was featured on the new album from Juice’s estate, Legends Never Die. Released Friday (July 10), the 21-track project also features Trippie Redd, Marshmello, The Kid Laroi and Halsey and is expected to make the biggest first-week debut of 2020.
According to early projections from HitsDailyDouble, the project is expected to move between 400,000 to 440,000 equivalent album units and give Juice his second No. 1 album. It’s also projected to garner over 400 million streams in its first week, which would break the 2020 record currently held by Lil Uzi Vert’s Eternal Atake album.
Juice was also featured on Polo’s sophomore effort THE GOAT in May. In addition to the “Lucid Dreams” artist, Lil Baby, NLE Choppa, Mustard, BJ The Chicago Kid and Stunna 4 Vegas all made appearances as well, helping secure a No. 2 debut on the Billboard 200. Revisit the album below.
