Clipse Reunite To Perform "Use This Gospel" At Kanye West's Sunday Service

Inglewood, CA – The Clipse blessed Kanye West’s latest Sunday Service with a reunion. After teaming up again for an appearance on Yeezy’s new album Jesus Is King, Pusha T and No Malice joined forces for a live performance of “Use This Gospel” at the latest edition of Kanye’s event series in Inglewood, California on Sunday (October 27).

Pusha and No Malice were in attendance to perform their verses from the Jesus Is King cut alongside ‘Ye, Kenny G and a choir. The brotherly duo embraced during the closing line of No Malice’s verse as he rapped, “Just hold on to your brother when his faith lost.”

The Clipse hasn’t released an album together since 2009’s Til The Casket Drops, going their separate ways musically following No Malice’s conversion to Christianity. But Kanye’s gospel-style LP paved the way for the two to reunite for a song.

“I mean, I’m happier than — I can’t even express it!” Pusha told Vulture about getting back in the studio with his brother.

Despite talking to each other daily, Pusha never thought he’d be making music with No Malice again. Now, it’s possible there’s a new chapter to be written for Clipse.

“I can’t speak for him, but I do think a lot of it had to do with feeling like he should be more present in everything that I had going on musically in the past couple of years,” King Push said. “There’s nothing like having a true warrior by your side.”
