Houston, TX – J. Prince has issued another call-to-action in an effort to figure out who is stamping Rap-A-Lot Records on narcotic prescription pills being circulated around Houston, Texas.

In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday (July 31), the Rap-A-Lot founder promised whoever was behind the crime will have dire consequences.

“All of my adulthood life I had to avoid being set up by law enforcement and the streets,” he wrote in the caption. “I vowed with an oath to God in my early 20’s to never contribute to this aspect of the game anymore in my lifetime. So, you can only imagine how I’m feeling about this violation that’s taking place in the streets of Houston with my brand @rapalotrecords on narcotic pills.

“I need to know if the police or the streets are behind this, because it’s a violation. If you are caught making, selling or using narcotics with my branding illegally imprinted on them, you’re in violation and will have bigger problems than just the police. Let the search begin Mob Ties family and friends, get at me with information.”

Prince has used Instagram as a vehicle to gather information before. In March, he called on Cardi B, Fat Joe and other Bronx-bred industry figures to help track down YBN Almighty Jay’s Rap-A-Lot chain that was stolen during a street fight.

Mysonne wasn’t pleased with Prince’s approach and said it only made things worse. Prince later claimed he didn’t need anyone’s help.

“Let me make myself clear,” he said. “I was never asking any of y’all for help in any capacity. I don’t need you, I don’t know you, or trust any of y’all to do anything concerning the streets for me.

“With that being said I witnessed a clown campaigning, bragging, and snitching on himself on a public video about robbing industry people in your backyard so I took it upon myself to alert the ones I have respect for. It is clear to me that went over some of y’all heads.”

Almighty Jay’s chain was ultimately returned.
