Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Girlfriend Hints At His Prison Release Date

New York, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s girlfriend Jade apparently realized she’d made a mistake when she posted a selfie hinting at her boyfriend’s prison release date. In a since-deleted caption, 6ix9ine’s ride-or-die indicated he’d be home by January 2020.

“6 more months motherfucker,” she wrote. The caption included three emojis: a rainbow (often used to symbolize 6ix9ine), house and two hearts.

Shortly after Jade shared the post, she edited the caption to read, “These jail calls serious,” which lacked any real context.

6ix9ine’s federal racketeering case is expected to go to trial in September, that is unless he takes a plea. Several of his co-defendants have already made deals in an effort to reduce their sentences. All but two of the 11 people charged in the federal case have pleaded guilty.

One of the polarizing rapper’s former associates, Jesnel “Ish” Butler, was just sentenced this month. Butler’s 60-month term is coupled with three years of supervised release.

The controversial Brooklyn artist has been behind bars since last November. In the wake of his arrest, he earned the nickname “Snitch9ine” after it was revealed he was “cooperating” with authorities.
