On Thursday (July 25), A$AP Rocky and two members of his entourage were charged with assault by Swedish prosecutors.

The 30-year-old rapper, born Rakim Mayers, faces up to two years for an alleged attack near Hötorget, a city square in central Stockholm. Rocky insists his reaction to the man following him and his crew on the streets was self-defense.

According to TMZ, the prosecutor Daniel Suneson likely won’t recommend the full two-year sentence.
