Court documents reveal that the rapper was ordered to pay $30,000 after failing to arrive at the court proceedings in a lawsuit from VelleBe, LLC, according to The Blast, for allegedly bailing on a concert in Texas. Despite being served legal papers, Uzi failed to arrive in court for several months.

The lawsuit states that the Philly rapper received $40,000 from VelleBe, LLC, to perform on March 25, 2017 at Clayton’s Beach Bar in South Padre Island, Texas. On the day before, he canceled the show and never arrived at the venue.

Uzi’s exorbitant, (yet not-so-unusual by rapper standards) rider was even presented in court, as he required typical items for a lituation like bottles of Moët Rose, Hennessy, and CÎROC, plastic cups, and of course, “1/2 ounce of your finest, stickiest green,” which he demanded to be ready upon arrival.
