Minneapolis, MN – Minneapolis’ The Machine Shop held The Big Game Experience, presented by American Airlines and Casper, on February 2. The three-part, day-long Super Bowl LII celebration was chock full of sports, music and television stars, complete with a cocktail party hosted by Jamie Foxx, a performance by 21 Savage and a DJ set by NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal — also known as DJ Shaq Diesel.
The event started with a private Q&A panel discussion featuring ESPN’s Mike Greenberg and Samantha Ponder as hosts, along with Jerome Bettis and Adam Thielen as guest speakers. The invite-only dinner and cocktail party hosted by Foxx with Shaq on the deck saw guests enjoying Perrier Jouet champagne before heading to the nightcap featuring 21 Savage.
The tripartite function was produced by hospitality and lifestyle company The h.wood group, in conjunction with Institute For Athletes (IFA) and ELEVATION sports marketing. It was the sixth annual Big Game Experience, which was founded by IFA partner Barry Gardner.
